FAQ's

Q. How can I determine my ring size?

A. The best way to determine your ring size is to go into a Jewelry store or Mall and have your finger professionally sized. We do not recommend using any online tools or string method, these will almost always be incorrect and too big.

Q. What are your engraving policies?

A. All rings can be engraved on the inside, with the exception of our KOA Wood interior rings. We recommend that all engravings be no more than 40 characters, but more can be done if needed. All engraved rings are final sale, and all non-engraved rings can be sent back at any time to be engraved for free.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?

A. All non-engraved rings can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping, within 60 days. The rings must be in prefect, unworn condition. All non-engraved rings can also be exchanged within 60 days for a different size. Rings can be exchanged twice free of charge, after that, there is a $20 fee. If a ring is engraved, there is a $50 fee for a return or exchange. Please send all rings back along with the order number to: 640 South Hill Street, Suite #567, Los Angeles, CA 90014.

Q. I purchased a ring from you and the color faded. Why did this happen and what can be done about it?

A. All of our colored rings (Rose & Yellow) are electronically plated. All plantings should last for the life of the ring. Sometimes the plating does not hold properly and can fade. If this were to ever happen, we will gladly send out a new ring or issue a full refund.

Q. What kind of warranty do your rings come with?

A. All of our rings come with a full Lifetime Warranty. If something happens to your ring, no matter when it was purchased, we will send out a new ring at no cost to you. Our only exception is a lost or stolen ring. We unfortunately cannot cover those.

Q. I have had other jewelry change the color of my finger green and irritate my skin. Will your rings do this as well?

A. No, Tungsten will never change the color of your fingers green or any other color. The only way that our rings would give any kind of skin irritation, is if you are allergic to Nickel. We use a small amount of Nickel as a binding agent when casting all of our rings. If you find that you are allergic after trying on one of our rings, we will issue a full refund.
