Returns & Exchanges

We accept all returns and exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly take back any non-engraved ring and issue a full refund for it within 60 days. If your ring needs to be exchanged for a different size, we will gladly make that exchange for you free of charge.

All engraved rings are FINAL SALE. If your ring is engraved and needs to be exchanged for a different size, we charge a fee of $50 to cast a new ring and have it engraved again for you.

Please note, all of our rings contain the element Nickel, which is the most common cause of allergic reactions in jewelry. If you purchase a ring and need to return it because of an allergic reaction, the ring needs to be in perfect condition and can not be engraved. If the ring is damaged or engraved, we can not take it back for a refund.

We do not provide return shipping labels back to us. It is the customers responsibility to ship the ring back to us. Please provide tracking information when shipping the ring back. If for any reason the ring gets lost or stolen and there is no tracking information, we are not responsible for a new ring.

Please DO NOT ship your ring in a standard letter envelope with a stamp on it. This will most probably get lost or damaged during transit.
