Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your package at USPS.COM for any updates on its location. We rely on USPS tracking information and cannot provide more details than what's available on their website. Please understand that we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates, nor can we be held responsible for USPS delays. However, we will make every effort to assist you if any issues arise during shipping.
International Shipping
International shipments may experience customs delays, over which we have no control. If you require express shipping, please contact us before placing your order. All international packages are insured. In the event of an extended delay, we will refund your full purchase amount and initiate a claim with USPS.
All rings are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. This covers any breakage or cracking of the ring, casting defects, and sizing issues for non-engraved rings. Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs when returning items to our repair center.
Our rings are designed for comfort and smooth fit, which may result in slightly larger sizes compared to standard rings. If you were sized with a standard ring sizer rather than a comfort fit band, we recommend purchasing a half size smaller than your measured size. We also advise trying on the ring before engraving. Once the size and fit are confirmed perfect, we offer complimentary engraving services.
If you would like your ring engraved, but
are unsure of your ring size, we will gladly send out a non-engraved
ring to you. Once you confirm that the size is correct, you can send the
ring back and have it engraved at no cost.

All our rings are lightly stamped with "TUNGSTEN CARBIDE" for authenticity and are Cobalt-free. Our colored Tungsten rings are electronically plated to prevent peeling or chipping. They do not contain real Gold or Silver; these terms are used purely to describe the color of the ring. Please note that since no plating is permanent, the natural color of Tungsten may become more visible over time.
The first exchange for size or returned item is free of charge. However, subsequent size exchanges will incur a $20 fee. Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchanges; any used codes will result in a refund of the lower dollar amount. For all return and exchange orders, a tracking number is required, and refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item with proper tracking information.
Engraved rings are considered final sale items. If an engraved ring needs to be exchanged for a different size, a $50 fee will be charged for remaking the ring with engraving.
